HOT DAMN!!!

Bizarre Magazine from the UK bought a set of photos from me and I just got the issue in the mail today.  Check it out!  My first cover for Bizarre.  Photos of Masuimi Max (the cover plus a multi-page spread inside).  I'm so proud I could just pee.

so, last night i was in bed watching nip/tuck on dvd and i get a text message from darenzia.  she was out shooting all day and i hadn't seen her in about 10 hours.  her message said "I HAVE RAD HAIR AND MAKEUP WE SHOULD SHOOT!".  ummm, ok, twist my arm! 

so, when she got home, i hauled my ass out of bed grabbed the lights and my camera, rummaged through her suitcases, and shot four quick sets in my backyard and kitchen.  what a trooper.  it was a jungle insect holocaust out there.  all the night bugs were buzzing around the lights and she had to keep swatting them away.  you'd never know it, though, by looking at the photos.

i had an awesome time the other day shooting with two of my all-time favorite models, darenzia and pia. we went downtown to the Pinup Girl Clothing warehouse and the owner gave us a bunch of outfits to shoot for her website. I already had a giant bin full of every single style of Leg Avenue hosiery that they sell, and i'm taking pics of those for the site too.

we totally scored with the location. my friend, venus, just moved into a new place. she's renting a loft in what used to be a bank building in downtown LA. it's freaking rad! we were able to shoot in the former bank space, and in a big construction zone. i'm hoping that we'll be able to do a GG shoot there next week. just waiting for the thumbs up.

we got a really late start and ended up shooting til 2am. the poor girls were tired but the photos turned out great! darenzia's so beautiful, and so is pia. and pia's got an ass that won't quit, and so does d. so it all worked out perfectly! photos from these sets will appear on the pinup girl site, and the entire sets will be on my site and darenzia's.

h and i went to the orange county fair today.  it was a blast!  perfect weather, nice and mild with a cool breeze.  not too many people there so no crowd induced anger.  we saw the giant white steer.  h told me about it before we got there but i had no clue as to just how HUGE it really is.  it's head was easily the size of four or more of my dachshunds, and it's hind legs are over six feet tall.  it was freaking ginormous!  we also saw the all-alaskan pig races where these adorable little piglets raced around a mini racetrack.  so cute.  that and the deep fried snickers bar made for a perfect afternoon/evening.

and, in other news...  nexus, which is virgin books' erotica imprint, has purchased quite a few of my photos for book covers in the past.

well, i got an email from the publisher today saying, "I'd like to use this marvellous fem dom image for Whipping Triangle by G C Scott, published Nexus. January 2007."  It's this photo of sutan.  i had to email him back and let him know that sutan was, actually, a man.  haven't heard back yet, but i'm interested to see if he still wants it.  made me chuckle in any event!
